Whistler PI-400W Continuous Power customer reviews: Plenty of power Plenty of power to power a 13 inch crt TV in my semi truck with just a cigarette lighter plug.Only drawback is at startup my truck must be running to turn the TV on.After that it has plenty of power and i can turn off the engine.Perhaps i have to hook it up directly to the batteries to get more power ,which i will be doing with the supplied cable
