Three days after the drill was due at my house, I contacted the supplier and was told that they would reship and get me the tracking number. Five days later there was no tracking number. My credit card had already been charged so I requested a refund from Amazon which they promptly granted. Then a series of emails arrived almost accusing me of trying to steal the drill and recalling the product. I doubt that I will ever use CCSupply again. This product was to have replaced the same make and model of drill that had broken. The product is a good product, it's the supplier that I had issues with.
